Best Car Seat Covers case study

The problem

The WooCommerce store was losing ground on two fronts. Performance: page loads kept degrading as the catalog grew, weighed down by an accumulation of plugins each adding its own scripts and queries. Customization: every attempt at a distinctive shopping experience hit the limits of the WooCommerce theme system — the design ended up generic, and conversion suffered for it.

What we built

A full rebuild as a headless ecommerce site on Medusa.js. The commerce logic moved to Medusa's API-first core while the storefront got a completely custom, from-scratch design — no theme, no layout constraints, an identity unique to the brand. Freed from plugin overhead, the store launched fast and fully personalized, and closed its first sale within 48 hours of going live.
