Payment

Engagements are billed per milestone; each milestone is payable before it starts
Booked calls carry a $250 deposit, credited to the first milestone

Code and design transfer to the client on final payment. We keep the right to describe the work and to reuse generic components and know-how.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the milestone in question. Florida law governs. Effective January 1, 2026.
