How we work, with prices

Every engagement follows the same five steps. Each one has a duration and a price before it starts, and each one can end the project.

1. Discovery — 1 week, $2,500. We measure what the system costs you today and write down the number we are moving.
2. Architecture and scope — 1 week, $2,500, credited to the build. Written scope, timeline and price per milestone.
3. Build — 4 to 10 weeks, from $18,000. Weekly demo on a staging URL, code in your repository.
4. QA and launch — 1 week, included. Performance and structured data benchmarks, then cutover with a rollback plan.
5. Care — from $1,500 per month. Monitoring, dependency updates, and a fixed monthly block of engineering time.

Payments are milestone-based. No project starts before the discovery step is paid, and discovery can end the project at no further cost.
