How do you keep an AI agent from doing something dangerous?
The agent gets one credential scoped to one task, untrusted content never reaches the instruction channel, destructive actions wait behind a human approval gate, and every tool call is logged with its input. A hijacked agent should not be able to reach anything it was not already allowed to touch.
What is headless commerce, in practice?
The commerce engine (catalog, orders, payments) is separated from the storefront your customers load. You keep an admin like WooCommerce or a core like Medusa, and the front end becomes a static site served from the edge. The storefront stops waiting on the platform to render a page.
When is headless the wrong choice?
If you sell a small catalog with no custom pricing, no multi-channel requirement and no performance problem, a well-configured Shopify or WooCommerce theme is cheaper to own. We say so on the first call when it applies.
What does a project cost?
Discovery is $2,500 for one week. Architecture and written scope is $2,500, credited to the build. Builds run from $18,000 for web work and $25,000 for commerce, over four to twelve weeks depending on scope. Care starts at $1,500 per month. You get the price per milestone before each one starts.
How long before we are live?
Six weeks is typical for a replatform or a focused build, ten to twelve weeks for a full commerce platform with wholesale pricing. Tourism season in Miami is a real constraint: we plan cutovers outside November to April when a bad week costs the most.
Where are you based and do you work on site?
Our studio is at 78 SW 7th Street, Suite 500, Brickell, Miami. We work on site across South Florida and remotely with clients elsewhere in the United States. Calls and documents are delivered in English or Spanish.
