The problem
A pastry marketplace built on limited edition drops could not run on a standard storefront: batches sell out in minutes, stock counters change per second, and buyers join a waitlist before a drop opens.
What we built
A marketplace on Next.js App Router with a real-time Convex backend. Waitlist entries, live stock counters and drop windows are handled as real-time state, and payment runs through QR codes at collection.
