The problem
A Shopify storefront with a 4.8s LCP on mobile, per-order platform fees, and a theme that fought every campaign the marketing team shipped.
What we built
Rebuilt as a decoupled storefront: Astro on Cloudflare Workers in front of a Medusa.js commerce core, product data and media in D1/R2, Stripe for payments. The Shopify catalog, customers and URL structure were migrated with a 301 map so rankings held through the cutover.
